Shipping within Australia
• Free standard shipping on orders 120 and over
• Orders under 120 are calculated at checkout
• Express shipping available
• Dispatch in one to three business days
Delivery estimates
• Standard 3 to 8 business days
• Express 1 to 3 business days
• Regional areas can take longer
Tracking and delivery
• Tracking link emailed on dispatch
• If authority to leave is requested, delivery is complete once the carrier marks it delivered
• Parcels returned to us for incorrect address or not collected can be re sent with additional postage
International shipping
• We ship worldwide
• Rates and taxes calculated at checkout
• Duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient
Returns and exchanges
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or general wear and tear
• Custom and made to order items follow the same policy
Faulty or incorrect items
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos
• We will assess and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law
• Normal colour variation and minor marks from manufacturing or regular use are not faults
Order changes and cancellations
• We begin assembling soon after you place an order
• We will try to help with changes if you contact us immediately, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started
Workshop bookings
• Deposit 50 percent due when we confirm your booking
• Remaining balance due 7 days before the event
• We do not cancel for weather; one reschedule allowed subject to availability
• Cancel 14 days or more before the event: deposit is not refundable and any balance paid is returned
• Cancel within 14 days: no refund
