Booking / Cancellation

Booking and payment
• A 50% deposit is due when we confirm your booking
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event

Weather
• We do not cancel for weather
• You may reschedule once, subject to availability

Changes and cancellations
• Cancel 14 or more days before your event: the 50% deposit is not refundable, any balance paid is returned
• Cancel within 14 days of your event: No refund
